Camp Description
Breathe deep the fresh garden air while enjoying the beautiful nature around you. This hour will be for you and your little one to explore some easy yoga poses and learn mindful breathing. Yoga can be immensely beneficial for everyone but especially the littlest ones who are trying to learn concentration, self regulation, confidence and anger management.
